Kate Mckenna Associates Ltd (established as a Limited Company in 2011), work with a broad spectrum of organisations, services and collaborative partnerships to support:

Examples of current activity include:

  •  Speaking at, hosting and compering, a wide range of conferences and events.
  •  Supporting Multi-Academy Trusts, Teaching Schools, Teaching School Hubs and their strategic partners, to develop a sustainable infrastructure and operating culture, to secure continuous improvement in learner outcomes.
  •  Leading the Staff College Coaching Community 
  • Providing Executive coaching for senior leaders in schools and public sector services.
  •  The co-creation and delivery of leadership and systems leadership development programmes for senior leadership teams in Local Authorities, Public Health, Teaching School Alliances and Multi Academy Trusts.
  •  Co-constructing, facilitating and undertaking Sector Led Improvement activities including peer challenge, review and support activities.

Kate's most relevant qualifications include:

  • Post graduate Certificate in Education (University of Exeter)
  • Masters level Executive Coaching and Mentoring with Distinction (Institute of Leadership and Management)
  • Certificate in On-line Facilitation and training.

Kate demonstrates a commitment to her own Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) by:

  • Undertaking extensive Continuing Professional Development
  • Being an active member of the Association for Coaching and the Henley Coaching Community
  • Being an approved associate for and active member of the Association of Directors of Children's Services (ADCS)
